1. Product Authenticity & Origin
At Bagsberry, we offer a curated selection of both Imported and Pakistani-made bags.

Dupes & Inspired Designs: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are high-quality "dupes" or inspired designs.

Original Products: Genuine, original brand items will be clearly marked with "Original" in the product title or listing description.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the product (Original vs. Dupe) as described in the listing.
2. No Returns or Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds or returns. All sales are final. Since we provide clear descriptions regarding the origin and type of each bag, please ensure you have read the listing details before purchasing.
3. 7-Day Exchange Window
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process an exchange claim for damages, you must provide a continuous video of the parcel being unboxed. The video must show the shipping label and the product being removed from the packaging. Claims without a video will not be accepted.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
The customer is responsible for all delivery charges incurred during the exchange. This includes shipping the item back to our warehouse and the delivery fee for the new replacement item.
5. No "Change of Mind"
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations for "change of mind." This includes dissatisfaction with the style, size, or the "dupe" nature of the product if it was not labeled as "Original."
